With busy parents, grandparents, guardians and carers in mind, we offer an experience that is private, beautifully appointed and exclusively scheduled — that's right, your own private photography session and no more long queues at the shopping centre!

Five minutes with Santa. This is the ideal Santa session for families with school-age children, tweens and teenagers. It is a very quick meet and greet with Santa so choose your session carefully.

A first Christmas or the treasured moments of your toddler with Santa. Ideal for the youngest of Santa fans who need a little more time to get the right shot. Siblings and parents are free to jump in front of the camera, too!

FAQs
Where is Sleigh Bells & Selfies located?
Sleigh Bells and Selfies is situated in a business park at Unit 14, 35 Foundry Road, Seven Hills 2147.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available on Foundry Road just outside the business park. Additionally, we offer 2 designated parking spaces right outside the studio, clearly marked for your convenience. Please avoid parking in spaces other than ours, as these are strictly for our neighbours. Please be mindful of traffic with the children when walking through the business park.
How long before my photo session should I arrive?
Arrive a few minutes before your scheduled booking. We do ask you to be on time for your booking to avoid delays to other customers. Please allow enough time to prepare your family for the photo session.
What if I'm running late?
If you are running 2 to 3 minutes late, that’s fine. If you are running more than 5 minutes late, can you please email us on service@sleighbellsandselfies.com.au. We will discuss what we can do to accommodate you. Please prioritise safety over rushing to get here. We will try our best and fit you in once you arrive.
Do I need to make an appointment to have my Santa photo taken?
Yes, Santa Photo sessions are limited, we recommend making a booking as soon as possible. Please visit www.sleighbellsandselfies.com.au to make a booking.
Do I have to purchase a photo package when I book?
Yes, when you book online you are also required to select a photo package.
How many family members can I have per booking?
We recommend a maximum of six people per family to capture the perfect photograph.
I'm unable to make payment on the booking website. What should I do?
Our booking site only accepts Visa and MasterCard. If you’re experiencing issues with one of those cards, please contact your bank or card provider.
Alternatively, try opening the booking page in incognito mode, with a different browser, or on a different device.
I have made a booking and have not received or cannot find the confirmation email.
You were automatically sent a Booking Confirmation email when you completed the booking. The sender is ‘Sleigh Bells and Selfies‘. Please search your email inbox and also your Junk mail folders.
How do I reschedule my booking?
To reschedule your booking please click on the link in your booking confirmation email.
You will only be able to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to avoid any service fees being charged.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online at any time. Click on the link in your booking confirmation email.
Cancellation after 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will incur a 25% service fee of the total purchase amount.
What should I wear?
Some families like to coordinate their outfits or get dressed up in costumes.
It’s completely up to you! You can also bring your own props like handmade signs!
What can I expect at our Sleigh Bells and Selfies photo session?
Our photo sessions adhere strictly to your confirmed booking time. Please ensure you select the most appropriate session that best suits your family's needs.
Longer session times are advisable if you are a large group or plan to bring grandparents or cousins along.
When should I expect my images?
Your digital images will be delivered via a download link or via email. Please verify your email address with our team upon arrival. We endeavour to provide your images within 2-3 days.
I can't find my photos after I downloaded them!
When you download from your digital gallery, if you have downloaded on a laptop or computer, it can be found in Downloads, or if you have downloaded it on your phone, it will have saved to your Files app.
